There will be a Recovery meeting December 31

Come join us to say goodbye to 2009 at the usual time, 2:00pm Thursday. It has been a busy year for us here in Livingston, with lots of new faces coming through. Hope to see even more new faces and make many strides forward in the coming year.

No Recovery meeting on Thursday December 24th

The Livingston office will be closed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of next week. There will be no Recovery International meeting at the Burke Center on that Thursday, December 24, 2009. May you have VERY HAPPY HOLIDAYS--whichever you celebrate! The usual meeting will be held on December 31, New Years Eve. Hope we see you there.

With the holidays bearing down on us, we may feel overwhelmed ... with joy ... or maybe... panic. Can I get all my shopping done? Will Robert like his gift this year? Are all the New Moon T-Shirts in Tammy’s size sold out? Why did they ask that the New Year’s party be at my house?

The Recovery Systems do not deal with the gigantic problems in life. As a matter of fact, these systems teach us how to deal with everyday circumstances to bring more peace into our lives. Isn’t that exactly what this season is about? Come and sit in with a group meeting for a visit and see how it can help you or someone you love.
